A team from Rugby Africa led by its President Mr. Herbert Mensah have inspected ongoing works at the University of Ghana Rugby Stadium in Accra.

The National Sports Authority (NSA) has congratulated Mr. Herbert Mensah, the President of Ghana Rugby Union on his election as President of Rugby Africa.

Mr. Herbert Mensah from Ghana has been elected as the new President of Rugby Africa, the governing body of Rugby in Africa.
