The newly confirmed Bodi DCE thanked the Assembly Members for their overwhelming endorsement, and pledged to work tirelessly to promote the development of the area.
Mr Baidoo outlined key areas of focus, including security, improving infrastructure, enhancing education, and health services to help improve on the wellbeing of the people.
Mr Welbert Petty Bentum, the Western North Regional Minister, congratulated Mr Baidoo on his confirmation, and urged him to work diligently to promote economic development in the area.
He also called on all stakeholders to support the DCE to ensure a united front for development.
The ballot was supervised by Mr Francis Adjei Boateng, the Western North Regional Electoral Officer, and other EC officials.
Various stakeholders in the district including the Clergy, traditional leaders, security agents witnessed the confirmation.
Opinion leaders and residents, with many expressing confidence in his ability to lead the district to sustainable growth.
Before the confirmation of Mr Stephen Baidoo, the Assembly Members elected Mr Stephen Ofori as the Presiding Member for the Assembly.
