I. DAUGHTER OF ZION, for how long will you continue to run away from the mission set before you? How long will you continue to resist God? Now the word of the Lord came unto Jonah… Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it, for their wickedness is coming up before me. How long will you continue to resist that word? You are to proclaim that word; for how long will you continue to disobey? How long will you continue to doubt the word of God? TODAY GOD IS COMMISSIONING YOU ONCE AGAIN. ARISE AND GO. ARISE and move. ARISE and cry on to God. ARISE and proclaim the word. ARISE and speak out; you can no longer remain silent. ARISE! SPEAK THE TRUTH, AND YOU SHALL BE SET FREE.
II. SON OF MAN, oh, but Jonah ROSE UP TO FLEE… from the presence of the Lord. God is omniscient. Oh, mortal man, you cannot hide from Him. The Psalmist asks, Whither shall I go from thy spirit? Or whither shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there; if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. Return to your call. Return to your father’s house. Return to your home. RETURN AND COMPLETE GOD’S MANDATE FOR YOUR LIFE.
III. PRECIOUS FRIEND It is unprofitable and a waste of resources to attempt to run away from the presence of God. Jonah went down to Joppa, found a ship going to Tarshish, paid the fare thereof, and went down into it. Don’t forget, he spent three days in the stomach of a whale. It’s more expensive to disobey than to obey. Quantify the cost of your disobedience. You can’t flee from God’s presence; return all wandering souls. It is fruitless to flee from God’s presence. Return thou, the prodigal son. The Psalmist decided that surely the darkness shall cover him. Surely, let me hide in this dark place. Surely, let me hide among these unbelievers. Surely, let me hide in sin. But praise God that the darkness that was to cover his sins from God now turns into light. Even the night shall be like a light about you; where else can you hide? ATTEMPTING to flee from God’s presence is a fruitless effort.
IV. BELOVED, the Psalmist said, When you attempt to flee from the presence of God, remember that even the darkness will not be dark enough to hide you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to God. So where else can you find a place to hide? Arise, therefore, and go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it, for their wickedness is coming up before the Lord. This is a DIVINE WORD to warn you from fleeing, sent forth through the Authority and power of Christ Jesus, and served to you through God’s Vessel Francis Ameyibor, Yes! Arise, go, and deliver that message without fear, for God is with you.
V. 2023 MY DIVINE YEAR TO PURSUE, CAPTURE, AND TAKE POSSESSION – I will arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will hear God’s words. Arise and go to the potter’s house for your breakthrough.
PRAYER: I pray that the eyes of our hearts may be enlightened this year so that we may know the purposes and plans of God for us in 2023 and enjoy the riches of his glorious inheritance through Christ Jesus’ name, AMEN!
