Apostle Dr. Kadmiel E. H. Agbelanyo, Founder and Leader of the Seventh Day World Theocracy Congregation, has called on church leaders to organise Bible sessions and teach their congregants against behaviour that lead to sins.
He said this would help the members to avoid engaging in lies and other negative behaviour which could lead to death.
Apostle Dr Agbelanyo made the call in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) after the congregation had ended a day’s Sabbath Bible Lesson on the topic: “Behaviour Before” at Shallom-Otiakrom, near Aburi in the Eastern Region.
Citing an example in the Bible, he said because of the sin of lies 14,700 humans died by earthquake when Moses was sending the Israelites from Egypt to Canan.
Also, Anaias and the wife, Sapphira, died because they failed to declare the actual amount they had from the sale of land to the apostles.
Apostle Dr Agbelanyo said churches belonged to God and the Holy Spirit, and that all persons who worship in them must be truthful to receive eternal life.
He advised Christian youth to take the teachings in the Bible seriously by constantly saying the truth to avoid the wrath of the Holy Ghost, so that they would grow to become good future leaders.
