Access Bank Ghana Plc has opened a new branch at the Bright International Industrial hub in Afienya to bring banking services closer to customers in the industrial hub and its environs.
The extension of the Bank’s operation to the new environment is to enhance customer experience and satisfaction for the over 100 medium to large scale companies and Chinese-related businesses in the hub.
At a short ceremony to outdoor the new branch, Ms Pearl Nkrumah, Executive Director Retail and Digital Banking, Access Bank Ghana, said the expansion would provide access to a fully-fledged banking services to all businesses in the industrial hub and beyond.
“This ambitious vision comes with a commitment to ensure that our cherished customers get the best value from us,” she said.
She also stated that the opening of the 54th branch of the Bank was in line with a strategic expansion drive “as we continue to pursue our vision of becoming the world’s most respected African Bank offering the best banking services”.
She noted that for the past 15 years of the Bank’s existence in Ghana, it had brought innovation to the banking and financial sector, and would continue to make customers enjoy convenient banking.

He said the Bank would provide dedicated and need-oriented services to businesses in Afienya and its environs, saying, “… we promise to always give you a more than banking experience”.
Mr Yan Liquan, Vice President, Ghana Association of Chinese Societies, said the Bank’s presence at the industrial hub would facilitate smooth and quick financial transactions to businesses.
He pledged the commitment of Chinese businesses to a more fruitful business relationships with Ghana in the coming years, noting that they were increasing the establishment of processing plants to enhance the agricultural industry.
